Discord Integration: Give feedback to channel of actions taken by users

### Problem Statement When one of the 3 buttons are clicked below the embed sent by the discord integration, the reply is sent **"ephemeral"** (the "Only you can see this" type message), but this means nobody else in the team knows you took an action. In my day job we had about 3 people all clicking assign and getting confused why when they later looked at the issue it didnt have the assignee they expected. If it echoed the action taken to the discord channel, this would be more user friendly. ### Solution Brainstorm Change certain reply embeds (those that are not confidental, e.g. any but linking your account) from ephemeral replies to normal replies, so the whole team can see them in the discord channel. ### Product Area Settings - Integrations We want to define a set of [lightweight metrics](<https://docs.sentry.io/product/explore/metrics/>) that SDKs can automatically collect for e.g. framework, language or platform, focusing only on signals that **do NOT overlap with Tracing**.
