Allow Dashboards to display list of error Issues containing/linked to User Feedback

### Problem Statement Dashboard widget allows User Feedback Issues to be listed, but does not allow for error Issues with User Feedback to be listed. ----------------- From the User Feedback issue, you can see linked error Issues. From an error Issue, you can see associated user feedback. In custom Dashboard widget, you can list Issues for the former, but not the latter. ### Solution Brainstorm Allow error Issues, that have user feedback attached, to be listed in a Dashboard widget. ### Product Area Dashboards
