Panel options pane layout

**Goal** As a new user, I want to focus only to the most important panel options in order to effortlessly navigate and explore the rest of them available to me and feel less overwhelmed by them. **Requirements & Caveats** From usability research we have seen that first time users are overwhelmed by the amount of panel options available to them with consequence to feel lost and confused. In addition, the visual layout is not properly aligned between the panel pane elements that further confuse pane navigation. This is a quick win effort and we should explore solutions that can be conceptualised fast. That would mean to explore solutions on top of existing architecture or layout. Possible routes would be to have only the first panel options item expanded by default and the rest collapsed.
