LogicMonitor: plugin.requestFailureError failed to query data

### What happened? In updated Grafana version. LogicMonitor query is failing with the following error message ``` request deduplication middleware: calling BaseHandler.QueryData: [plugin.requestFailureError] client: failed to query data: [plugin.requestFailureError] rpc error: code = Unknown desc = error while parsing the query json: parsing time "1759487865982" as "2006-01-02T15:04:05Z07:00": cannot parse "487865982" as "-" ``` (Seen in Grafana) <img width="1504" height="747" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/536cefa0-8cc7-475f-b069-5a6a88fed78c" /> Side note: The data source config is working. However the query is not successful. ### What did you expect to happen? Successful query as expected ### Did this work before? Yes it did before, and it currently works in GRAFANA_VERSION: 11.5.3. And worked until ~a few weeks ago last time the plugin was checked. ### How do we reproduce it? 1. Prepare HG Grafana(instant). 2. Create the latest LogicMonitor plugin. 3. If it fails, test with grafana docker (V11.5.3) and check if the query is successful. ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? _No response_ ### Environment (with versions)?
