Still can't invert y-axis of time series. Existing issue since February 2021

**Why is this needed**: Certain data needs an inverted axis. Read/ write speeds, data in/out, SEO ranking data where lower number is better than higher number **What would you like to be added**: Please bring back the feature that allowed inverting the y axis. Workarounds like *-1 cause more issues than they solve. It's such a simple thing and makes grafana that much better. **Who is this feature for?** People who visualize Traffic speed, write speeds, SEO rankings etc. A bunch of people search for it here and it seems like they have been waiting since 2021: https://community.grafana.com/t/new-time-series-panel-negative-y-axis/43405 And on Reddit: https://community.grafana.com/t/new-time-series-panel-negative-y-axis/43405 Unfortunately there are only workarounds that only cause extra work.
