Table: Sparkline cell supports subsection of data

**Why is this needed**: For a table visualization with a sparkline cell, the data is condensed where every series becomes one row of data, and multiple series becomes multiple rows. This limits the ability to have other data on the same row as a sparkline, because any data is assumed to be part of the series that you're visualizing in the sparkline. We should allow users to specify what fields are part of the sparkline, so fields that are not part of it are added alongside it in the table visualizaton. **What would you like to be added**: UI would depend on what would need to be implemented, but when you have data you want to visualize in a table with a sparkline cell, you should have some sort of definition of data that is excluded from the sparkline, so it can appear in other cells in the row alongside the sparkline. **Who is this feature for?** Users who want to have more data in their panel than a sparkline and aggregation.
