Canvas: Dynamic connection line animation should stop when value is 0

### What happened? The [new dynamic connection direction feature](github.com/grafana/grafana/issues/92369) in canvas works brilliantly (thank you!), however the line animation continues when value of the direction field is 0. The connector's directional arrow is removed as expected, however. ### What did you expect to happen? The line animation should stop when the direction field's value is 0, indicating/showing no movement. ### Did this work before? No, this is a new feature. ### How do we reproduce it? 1. In a canvas panel, create a connector between two elements. 2. Configure the "direction" property of the connector to "field", and select an appropriate field from your testing data source. 3. Set the line style to dashed, and enable "animate". 4. Vary the value of the selected field between 1, 0 and -1. The connector's arrows and direction of animation will vary correctly with positive and negative values, however the line's animation will continue when the value is 0. ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? _No response_ ### Environment (with versions)?
