Datalink not working for multiple values in the table

### What happened?  ### What did you expect to happen? On Click of the link in the container column instead of passing it as a multiple value it is passing as a single value with comma separated. ### Did this work before? Never tried before ### How do we reproduce it? 1. Create a table with a column containing comma separated values 2. create a data on it or any other column and on click of that link set those commas separated values as a filter (multi select) ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? In a data link within the panel ### Environment (with versions)? Grafana: OS: Browser: ### Grafana platform? I use Grafana Cloud ### Datasource(s)? _No response_
