Inspect data -> copy to clipboard

**Why is this needed**: The data visualized by grafana is often used to analyse further in excel or other programs. Whilst you have a 'Download as CSV'.. this is not an easy way for end users. They have to download a file. Find the file on their disk, open the file, copy the contents.. and paste it in their existing excel (or any other program..). By the end of the day, there are a few hundred files in their download folder. Browsers do have the capability to write to the ClipBoard. **What would you like to be added**: In the screen (Inspect-->data) there is a button 'Download CSV'. It would be nice to have an extra button: "copy to clipboard'.  This button would do almost the same as 'Download CSV', but instead of saving to a file, it would copy the data to the users ClipBoard. **Who is this feature for?** End users who need the data shown in grafana a lot in other tools.
