Grafana App trying to reach out to external endpoint

### What happened? I observed a behavior when the grafana app is trying to reach out to external server. googleusercontent.com ### What did you expect to happen? I do not expect the app to rely externally or have a upload/download of any content to any external server. ### Did this work before? No this is Legacy, please fix it. ### How do we reproduce it? 1. Deploy Grafana app 2. Observe tcp dump for some time 3. filter based on destination as googleusercontent.com or any child of this domain 4. packets will be seen with this info ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? _No response_ ### Environment (with versions)? Grafana: tried on 10.3.1. OS: ubuntu 20.04 Browser: Chrome ### Grafana platform? Kubernetes ### Datasource(s)? _No response_
