[Feature Request] Hide/Show "Repeat Panels" based on thresholds

It would be useful to be able to show/hide repeat panels based on thresholds. Typically if you are looking for anomalies but don't care about the normal values: you could show only the interesting ones. Example with pie charts: - if values are different by more than x% then show pie chart panel Example with graphs: - if cpu time higher than x, then show graph with multiple metrics Example with single stats: - if number of 5xx,4xx errors on apache httpd goes above y, show singlestat. # Version information Grafana-server: 3.0.2 Server arch: Linux XEN x86_64 GNU/Linux
