Dashboards: ?Random? full page refresh

### What happened? When you leave dashboard open for random amount of time, or actively edit certain graph the site can randomly refresh whole page (as if you pressed F5) - kicking you out from unsaved changes. *(the refresh is set to off.) Potentially refresh graphs state ### Did this work before? It wasn't a problem in 8.0-9.0 versions. ### How do we reproduce it? Most easily to replicate is to open the dashboard, and leave it there for couple minutes - then come back to it - click on anything and it will refresh whole web site as if you pressed F5. ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? _No response_ ### Environment (with versions)?
