Graphite: Nested query references not working as expected in alerts

It is possible to reference Graphite queries from other Graphite queries. In alerting, updating a Graphite query referenced in other queries does not correctly update the other queries. This behaviour is not seen in dashboard panels. To reproduce: - Create an alert with a Graphite query `constantLine(100)`. Set the ref ID to `A`. - Add another query referencing query A with the function `scale(2). Set the ref ID to `B`. - Add another query referencing query B with the function `scale(0.25). - Modify the constant value in query A and note that both queries B and C do not correctly update.
