Feature Request: Customized Trace Panel

**Why is this needed**: The current trace panel does not fit our needs for LLM tracing, we want to build a new trace panel that is more tailored to LLM use case. **What would you like to be added**: we would love to show the trace waterfall view and the LLM input and output at the same page. This link is an example how Arize today shows LLM tracing: https://arize.com/docs/ax/observe/tracing We are using grafana enterprise docker image, we are not sure if there is a way for us to build a new plugin and then override the built-in trace panel plugin, could you please advise.
