UI: On mobile graph value is hidden when clicked near end of screen

### What happened? On the graph when I click on a data item, it opens the box with the value but sometimes on mobile it will become impossible to read, as when you are near to the end of the screen it sometimes won't redirect it to the other side but get covered up. See image below in what I mean.  ### What did you expect to happen? The value should be able to be readable on mobile and not covered up. ### Did this work before? I'm not sure. It's been like this for quite a while. ### How do we reproduce it? 1. Go to https://grafana.wikitide.net/d/LSeAShkGx/jobqueue?orgId=1&from=now-1h&to=now (on mobile, iOS) 2. Click on a item in the graph near to the end and you'll be able to reproduce. ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? _No response_ ### Environment (with versions)? Grafana: 11.2.2 OS: Debian 11 Browser: Safari (iOS 18.0.1). ### Grafana platform? A package manager (APT, YUM, BREW, etc.) ### Datasource(s)? _No response_
