Table: Cell Type - Stacked bar for Gauge

The Table plugin now allows for simple bar charts. In certain cases, a stacked bar chart might be more beneficial. For instance, you could use a stacked bar chart to visualize progress by stacking confirmed and unconfirmed percentages. The total percentage would be the sum of these two components.  This could be achieved by adding a stacking feature to the gauge, creating a custom cell type capable of displaying arbitrary charts from ECharts or a similar library, or the ability to embed a Grafana plugin within a cell.
