Logs Panel: Log details tab UX nits/tweaks

### UI Log details tab close icon takes up a lot of space that could be used to display more text, doesn't have active/hover states, and is not keyboard accessible. Also the outline when navigating to a tab via keyboard is not visible on the top and bottom. <img width="695" height="98" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/437e0358-eb68-40ce-8305-8ff22769a522" /> ### UX Something that isn't currently a problem due to the fixed width of the tabs, but I like how multiple tabs can be closed without moving the cursor, however if we resize tabs in the future dependent on the number of open tabs/title length in the future we should make sure to debounce tab resize by a relatively long duration so users can quickly close multiple tabs without needing to move the mouse to locate the close icon. Another potential solution is to put the close icon on the left side of the tab title text, but that can negatively impact readability of the tab titles.
