Dashboard: BigQuery queries get cancelled with scenes enabled

Going to this [dashboard](https://bi.grafana-ops.net/d/94e59395-f62a-4fc6-8f75-8a64ab07df3e/whitespace-auto-engage-dashboard?orgId=1&from=now-30d&to=now&timezone=utc&var-Campaign=2025-05%20Whitespace%20Nurture%20email%20AI) some panels will apparently load forever. It seems that the panels that are stuck in loading are dashboard panels that depends on a source panel which is not loaded/ not in view. Bringing it in view though results in cancelation, which leaves both the source and its dependents in a loading state. I am unsure why the queries get cancelled and am wondering if [this](https://github.com/grafana/scenes/pull/1148) would fix it. Disabling scenes seems to fix this
