Annotations: User not displayed in annotation

### What happened? Using Grafana 12.1.1, adding an annotation on a timeseries, the annotation doesn't show the user that created the annotation. <img width="321" height="99" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/9ecfa0ed-3f5b-43a4-882e-f81b7d21e251" /> The user does however appear on an Annotation Panel. ### What did you expect to happen? I expected the user that created the annotation to appear in the annotation title ### Did this work before? Based on this - https://community.grafana.com/t/annotation-in-time-series-didnt-show-user-info-anymore/132974 - it looks as if it worked before and stopped working since 11.0 ### How do we reproduce it? 1. Log in to Grafana 2. Create an annotation on a time series chart 3.
