Trace View: Overlapping content in span event popover

### What happened? The event popover should align content. ### Did this work before? Unknwon ### How do we reproduce it? 1. Hover over a span event to show the event popover. Select an event with at least multiple attributes ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? Yes (trace view) ### Environment (with versions)?
