TableNG: Performance regression testing

it's easy to accidentally invalidate a useMemo without noticing, or a chain of dependent useMemos. we should add tracking in place at a high level that ensures that we see exactly the number of redraws we expect when specific actions occur in the panel, for example, vertical resize, hz resize, column resize, data update (same schema), data update (new schema), sorting, filtering, cell clicks/cell inspect, scrolling, etc. we can probably leverage https://github.com/lahmatiy/react-render-tracker or https://github.com/welldone-software/why-did-you-render to ensure any changes in performance don't go unnoticed.
