[New Data Source]: zabbix

### Background Hi, i need zabbix datasource to create alerts in grafana version 12.1.1 ### Use case Hi, i added in my values.yaml plugins: - alexanderzobnin-zabbix-app after restart i can see the directory of zabbix /usr/share/grafana$ ls /var/lib/grafana/plugins/ alexanderzobnin-zabbix-app but cant find the datasource in the ui ### Contribution - [ ] Are you looking to create the plugin? - [ ] Are you affiliated with the project/product the data source integrates with? - [ ] Does the plugin integrate with a commercial product?
