Dang, no smooth line interpolation in XY Charts

Hi I have not looked for a a year or so and checked back to see that there is no smooth line interpolation yet in XY Graphs at this time. XY supports lines and points, but unlike Timeseries, no spline or smoothing of lines. So not pretty graphs. That is disappointing. Why not use Timeseries? Well we do use Timeseries for this. But there is the issue of automatically jumping to the data on the time scale. This move to the time slice of the data is painful to implement, so we use the **Zoom to Data** button 🤷 XY automatically moves to the time period where the data is and renders the data automatically. I understand the argument, that it is not in the use case of XY, but it would sure be useful for us. Thank you and my best E
