Alerting: Filter paused alerts in Alert Rules view

### What happened? I have enabled Paused for some alerts. I have tried to filter the view to see only paused alerts and have not found an option to do so. Searching on github I have found some information that this is possible, yet I can not find information about how. (link to issue: https://github.com/grafana/grafana/issues/7400) ### What did you expect to happen? be able to filter alerts by status:paused (tried also isPaused:paused, isPaused:true) ### Did this work before? don't know ### How do we reproduce it? 1. create / edit any alert 2. enable Paused in alert edit view 3. try to filter by paused (i suppose state:paused) in Alert Rule main view ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? no ### Environment (with versions)?
