Legends: Hide output on Viz, hides total on Legend

### What happened? When selecting the override Series > Hide in area and select to hide "Viz". The legend would still show the totals. Similarly you could hide in legend or tooltip and those would only hide the respective selection.    With no overrides  ### What did you expect to happen? In previous versions of Grafana if you were to have multiple queries feeding a bar chart, you could use an override to target the hiding of the values in the legend, viz or tooltip and in doing so the others would still show the values. I am finding in the newer releases (specifically v11.3..0 and v11.3.1) that there is a another selection hidden. For example in one chart, hiding in viz will remove the value from the legend but keep it in the tooltip (Bar Chart) In another test, hiding in the legend will hide in the tooltip. (Time Series) I can't determine ### Did this work before? Yes, previous to 11.3 this was working. ### How do we reproduce it? 1. Create a new bar chart 2. Create two queries that use the same dates, add in the Legend values: Total. Also ensure that the tooltip is set to all 3. Check that the chart is showing the correct tooltip and legend totals 4. Create an override targeting one of the queries, hide the viz 5. Notice that the result is hidden in the other areas (Tooltip or Legend, or sometimes in both). ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? _No response_ ### Environment (with versions)?
