[Azure Monitor] Resource Graph pagination support in queries

**Why is this needed**: Azure resource graph limits results to 1000 and pagination is needed using the skip token. It seems this is supported but only for resource picker [#101462](https://github.com/grafana/grafana/issues/73969) When running queries it is still limited to 1000 results. **What would you like to be added**: Add support for pagination also for queries to Azure Graph Explorer **Who is this feature for?** All users that would like to create dashboard for general overview of resources. In my case Monitoring status dashboard where filtering at the RG level is not feasible.
