Changes in dashboard variable behavior from Grafana 10 to 11 and 12

In Grafana version 10, we used browser-generated applications with dashboards. One of the most important features was the ability to update dashboard variables in real time: once updated and saved, the change was immediately reflected in the open panel. After migrating to version 11, this functionality no longer works. Now, any change to variables requires closing and recreating the **browser application**, which reduces usability and makes it harder to use in dynamic environments. We would like this functionality to be reconsidered and reintroduced, allowing applications to reflect dashboard variable updates in real time, as it worked in version 10. We would also like to know if this has already been reviewed or addressed in version 12. For users who rely on browser-created applications (apps/PWAs) to view Grafana dashboards in real time, especially in environments where dynamic data updates are critical without restarting applications.
