One-click links on Canvas elements are not clickable on touch screens (Grafana 12.2)

### What happened? Canvas element one-click links do not respond to touch input on touch screens. In Grafana 12.2, one-click links assigned to elements inside a Canvas visualization do not work when interacting via a touch screen. Tapping the clickable Canvas elements produces no response. Touch input does work correctly on other types of visualizations and standard dashboard links, so the issue appears to be specific to Canvas. Actual Behavior • Touching the Canvas element produces no action. • The link is never triggered. • No visible or console error is shown (if applicable). • Mouse click works as expected — the issue only occurs on touch screens. ### What did you expect to happen? Touching a Canvas element configured with a one-click link should trigger the link navigation in the same way as clicking with a mouse. ### Did this work before? This is working correctly in Grafana 11.4. Additional Notes • Issue appears isolated to Canvas panel interaction handling for touch events. • Could be related to missing event listeners such as touchstart / touchend on Canvas elements. ### How do we reproduce it? 1. Create or open a dashboard using the Canvas visualization. 2. Add any shape or element (e.g., rectangle, text, image). 3. Configure a One-click link on that element. 4. View the dashboard on a touch screen device. 5. Attempt to tap the element to activate the link. 6. Nothing happens. 7. Test the same link on a non-Canvas panel (e.g., Stat panel, text panel) — touch works there. ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? Yes, inside a canvas ### Environment (with versions)?
