VS Code Extension integration: Dashboard not Found

### What happened? We are managing our Grafana dashboards as code (JSON) but local editing stoped working. I'm getting `Dashboard not found` when trying to open the file locally. I've double checked the Dashboard ID, access rights for the API Token, Acees to our data source (prometeus), etc. The VS Code extension was not updated in a while, so the reason must be on the Grafana side. I expect Grafana team to double check compatibility of the latest Grafana version and VS Code extension. ### Did this work before? yes, a couple of months ago ### How do we reproduce it? 1. Open a project with Dashboard 2. Set API Key and URL to fetch data from 3. RMK on dashboards JSON file and select `Grafana: Edit in Grafana`. I do see the grafana web page and the fact that I'm logged in: <img width="1134" height="862" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/f9c164d2-7c0b-4580-a0f1-7e3fbc51686c" /> But there is not dashboard and an error: "Dashboard not found". ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel?
