Dashboards: keybindings v/e/i instead to go back to dashboard ends in Page Not Found when serving from sub path

### What happened? after second keyboard type to v/e/i is not view returned back to dashboard, show Page not Found. Used configuration with - serve_from_sub_path=true - root_url=http://myserver/grafana/ ### What did you expect to happen? return to dashboard ### Did this work before? return back feature was broken in previous version {11.5?). In older versions it works successfully. Found discussion/pull for this feature in [#102364](https://github.com/grafana/grafana/pull/102364) ### How do we reproduce it? 1. click "v" on any of visualisation in dashboard - opens in full page 2. click "v" again - show Page Not Found 3. When used generic Home dashboard, served from sub path "grafana": starting url: http://myserver/grafana/d/k27bUe74z/home?orgId=2&from=now-6h&to=now&timezone=browser after point 1) http://myserver/grafana/d/k27bUe74z/home?orgId=2&from=now-6h&to=now&timezone=browser&viewPanel=panel-1 after point 2) http://myserver/grafana/grafana/d/k27bUe74z/home?orgId=2&from=now-6h&to=now&timezone=browser -> page not found (twice sub path) ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? no ### Environment (with versions)?
