Contact Points and Notification Policies disappeared

**What happened**: All contact points and notification policies disappeared during normal operations. I had to manually recreate them all. **What you expected to happen**: They should remain **How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)**: Not sure - this was very random. **Anything else we need to know?**: Warning in the logs as it happens: **lvl=warn msg="Alertmanager exists for org but the configuration is gone. Applying the default configuration" logger=ngalert.multiorg.alertmanager org=1** Immediately after the warning above, new alerts were trying to send over email (rather than the previously configured Telegram) **Environment**: - Grafana version: v8.3.0 (914fcedb72) - Data source type & version: Influx - OS Grafana is installed on: Centos 8 - User OS & Browser: Windows + Edge - Grafana plugins: - - Others: -
