[URGENT] - Unable to Download Plugins from HTTPS URLs Requiring Authentication

### What happened? We are experiencing an Error: ✗ failed to download plugin archive: 401 issue with Grafana where it does not support downloading plugins from HTTPS URLs that require a username and password for authentication. This limitation is causing problems when trying to install plugins from private repositories. ### What did you expect to happen? We expect Grafana to provide a way to pass credentials to download plugins runtime. ### Did this work before? it works with repo where authentication is not needed ### How do we reproduce it? Steps to Reproduce: Attempt to download a plugin from a private repository using an HTTPS URL that requires authentication.
