Custom images/icons cannot be loaded in canvas panels

### What happened? Custom images and icons hosted on external URLs/ or in icons/marker folder are not displaying in Canvas panels. ### What did you expect to happen? External images with valid URLs or internal paths should load and display correctly in Canvas panel elements, similar to how they work in 12.1.3 version. ### Did this work before? Yes, in 12.1.3 version was working fine. This appears to be in recent versions. ### How do we reproduce it? Create a new dashboard and add a Canvas panel Click "Add element" → "Icon" → SVG Path In the Folder or URL field, enter the path or an external URL. Observe that the image does not render ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? Yes - Canvas panel, specifically the Image element ### Environment (with versions)?
