Dashboards: Viewing a different time range will make it become the default without editing the dashboard

### What happened? Currently using Grafana v12.3.0, noticed this problem for about a month. Using Firefox 145. If I view dashboard 1 which has a default range of "last 24 hours", and I then view the "last 3 hours". Then I look at a different dashboard in the same tab. When I later return to dashboard 1 from the Dashboards menu it will still display the last 3 hours. I first noticed this the other day when starting a playlist and wondered why it said something had failed which I knew had not failed. Turns out it was displaying the time range I had looked at the afternoon before instead of the latest data. What I think is happening is when clicking the link with the URL eg ``` https://my.server/grafana/d/9IJmSchVk/dashboard1 ``` it is redirecting to ``` https://my.server/grafana/d/9IJmSchVk/dashboard1?orgId=1&from=now-3h&to=now&timezone=Europe%2FLondon&refresh=5m ``` Because that has been cached somewhere. If I copy the link and open it in a new tab it will use the correct time range in the redirect URL ### What did you expect to happen? The default time range should be displayed instead of the range that was last used (unless the dashboard was edited and saved) ### Did this work before? This worked before v12.3.0 but it has been a while since I updated and I don't know what my previous version was. ### How do we reproduce it? 1. View dashboard 1 2. Select a different time range 3.
