Grafana Log: "token needs to be rotated" all the time

### What happened? An error message started to appear in grafana.log after I update from verstion 11.4.0 to 11.5.1 logger=context userId=0 orgId=0 uname= t=2025-02-12T15:57:26.351225943-03:00 level=info msg="Request Completed" method=GET path=/api/live/ws status=401 remote_addr=X.X.X.X time_ms=0 duration=766.929µs size=105 referer= handler=/api/live/ws status_source=server errorReason=Unauthorized errorMessageID=session.token.rotate error="token needs to be rotated" ### What did you expect to happen? Not show this error ### Did this work before? Yes ### How do we reproduce it? 1. Update to Grafana 11.5.1 2. Open grafana.log ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? Sometimes a box with "Unauthorized" appears and the dashboard reloads. ### Environment (with versions)? Grafana: 11.5.1 OS: RHEL8 Browser: Edge ### Grafana platform?
