Canvas: Icons are reloaded in Grafana 11.5.0 every time streaming data source receives new values

### What happened? After updating to Grafana 11.5.0, the Icons in my Canvas board are "flashing".   ### What did you expect to happen? The Icons should not flash but be visible constantly. ### Did this work before? The Icons were not flashing in 11.4.1. ### How do we reproduce it? 1. Create a Canvas visualization with Icons and streaming datsource 2. Observe the icon being reloaded / flashing when new values are loaded 3. ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? _No response_ ### Environment (with versions)?
