Horizontal Bar gauge labels are cropped

### What happened? Bar gauge (horizontal) labels are cropped.  ### What did you expect to happen? All the labels are 5 characters long. Some are cropped, some are not. I'd expect NOT to be cropped. Or at least a way to manually define the width for this section. ### Did this work before? No ### How do we reproduce it? Just add a Bar gauge with Horizontal orientation ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? _No response_ ### Environment (with versions)?
