[feature-request] select a specific legend item inside the panel without clicking the mouse

Always need to select it via the mouse click. Let’s say there arre 100 graphs, but would like a URL focusing on only 1 of the 100 graphs (to avoid telling the users “after having followed the URL that shows 99 graphs you have no interest in and 1 you are interested in) **What did you expect to happen**: - Only want to show a specific single one without a mouse click OR be able to control legend selection with URL params? ### # How do we reproduce it? **Step 1**: - Open Grafana and create any sample data with multiple legends using Time series panel **Step 2**: - Try to select 1 one the legend without using mouse click **Step 3**: - Not possible to select it. ### # What Grafana version are you using? 10.0.0 ### ## Optional Questions: ### Is the bug inside a Dashboard Panel? _No response_ ### Grafana Platform?
