State timeline: legend does not respect configured width

### What happened? See screenshot. All charts have their legend set to 180 (so timelines are "roughly" aligned). The state timeline does not seem to respect this preset legend width like the others chart types.  ### What did you expect to happen? I expected the legend to have the configured width. In the screenshot, I expected equal width of 180 for all legends ### Did this work before? Not yet ### How do we reproduce it? 1. Create dashboard with time series and state timeline charts 2. Configured legend widths for both charts to equal values (e.g. 180) 3. Arrange them to have equal size and position them above each other ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? _No response_ ### Environment (with versions)?
