Add Alert List Sorting Feature

Currently, I’m not aware of any way to sort alert rules within a specific alerting folder in Grafana (see screenshot for reference). This becomes confusing as additional alerts are created over time, since new alerts are appended to the bottom of the list and the ordering becomes inconsistent. It would be very helpful to have a sorting option within the Alert rules view (under Alerting) that allows users to organize alerts within a folder, such as: Alphabetical (A–Z / Z–A) Most recently created Most recently updated State (Firing / Normal / Pending) For example, I’d expect alerts named Alert A, Alert B, Alert C, etc. to be sortable alphabetically rather than appearing in the order they were created. This would improve usability for anyone managing multiple alerts in Grafana and make navigation much clearer as alert rule lists grow over time. <img width="1702" height="508" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/d8966c6c-9c42-4361-bab6-7b21884b0281" />
