Stats Panel number overflow

### What happened? <img width="704" height="219" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/8d86fd0f-e5db-4875-b4f4-5fba4eff5e34" /> When loading the Billing page in Grafana Cloud, I see this weird overflow, out of the stats panel. Grafana Cloud version is `12.4.0-20953203280` ### What did you expect to happen? The numbers to stay in the panel ### Did this work before? Yes ### How do we reproduce it? 1. Bring up the Cloud Billing Panel in Grafana Cloud 2. Scroll to one of the series of stats panel with values 3. Spot issues ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? _No response_ ### Environment (with versions)?
