Failed to build evaluator for queries and expressions

### What happened? I have got the following error while creating an alert from a panel in the dashboard. `Failed to build evaluator for queries and expressions: invalid command type in expression 'C': no expression command type in query ` When I check the console in the developer tools, a 400 Bad Request is returned for a POST request to the API in api/v1/eval. backend_srv.ts:139 POST https://monitoring.kredit.pe/api/v1/rule/test/grafana 400 (Bad Request) <img width="1920" height="1230" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/413f50eb-482c-4708-97f7-c8599f654b92" /> ### What did you expect to happen? For alert rule to be created normally ### Did this work before? I have tried in older versions, it was working. This is a new instance with latest grafana version Grafana v12.3.0 (20051fb1fc) ### How do we reproduce it? 1. select edit in any dashboard panel 2. go to alert tab 3. click create new alert ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel?
