Refresh should occur also on text panels

Hi, I've built a grafana dashboard with useful metrics for a team of developers, and I've recently added a text panel in markdown with [status badges](https://shields.io/#/examples/build) coming from our continuous integration service. This is fine, but the configured dashboard refresh time affects only chart panels and not the text ones. It would be great if text panels also get refreshed.
