Dashboards: Panel width is updated to full width

### What happened? After the migration to 1.3.0 version I've seen that in some dashboards the panels are not ordered has before. We've tried to correct the display by manually resizing the affected panels but what we see is: - Dashboard visualization after saving is fine - Once we refresh one of the panels moves to full width - When checking the differences in the json model we cannot see any change on panel width ### What did you expect to happen? Panels should keep the same width after save. ### Did this work before? In version 11.2.2+security-01 this was working fine ### How do we reproduce it? 1. Update panels width and reorder them 3. Save 4. Refresh After Save / Before Refresh  After Refresh  ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? _No response_ ### Environment (with versions)?
