Preserve "expand results" value in Explore links

<!-- Please only use this template for submitting feature requests --> **Why is this needed**: When creating a link to share for an Explore page with e.g. Prometheus queries, with "Expand results" toggled off, when opening the link "Expand results" is toggled on, altering how the results are displayed. In my case I'm seeing "Expand results" default to "off" when creating an Explore query, whereas it's defaulting to "on" when opening a generated link to the Explore query. **What would you like to be added**: Maintain the same value of the "Expand results" toggle when a share link is created and opened. Or, default "Expand results" to "off" when a share link is opened. **Who is this feature for?** Users sharing and opening Explore page links.
