We encountered a regression issue after upgrading Grafana from v12.1.x to v12.3.1 affecting the Azure Monitor data source.

### What happened? After upgrading Grafana from v12.1.x to v12.3.1, Azure Monitor data sources stopped working. Observed symptoms: Azure Monitor data sources fail to load or disappear from Connections → Data sources Dashboards using Azure Monitor show “No data” Browser console shows errors such as: vbnet Copy code GET /core/plugin/grafana-azure-monitor-datasource.js 404 Error: Could not load plugin Datasource was not found ### What did you expect to happen? After upgrading Grafana, Azure Monitor data sources should continue to load and function normally, remaining visible under Connections → Data sources, and dashboards using Azure Monitor should continue to display data as they did in Grafana v12.1.x, without plugin load errors or missing frontend assets. ### Did this work before? Yes. This worked correctly in Grafana v12.1.x with the same Azure Monitor data source configuration and dashboards. ### How do we reproduce it? How do we reproduce it? No. The issue occurs at the data source plugin level. The Azure Monitor data source fails to load, which causes all dependent dashboard panels to show “No data”. ### Environment (with versions)?
