Installation: Kubernetes deploy fails with error: `/var/lib/grafana is not writable`

### What happened? Following installation tutorial at https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/setup-grafana/installation/kubernetes/ ### What did you expect to happen? Installation to succeed ### Did this work before? Did not try ### How do we reproduce it? 1. Follow installation tutorial at https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/setup-grafana/installation/kubernetes/ 2. On the step 6, run as suggested `kubectl get pvc --namespace=my-grafana -o wide` and see that pod is in Chash loop 3. Get pod logs with `kubectl logs pod/grafana-59f476d644-fndmf` and see that the mounted volume is not writeable: ``` mkdir: can't create directory '/var/lib/grafana/plugins': Permission denied GF_PATHS_DATA='/var/lib/grafana' is not writable. You may have issues with file permissions, more information here: http://docs.grafana.org/installation/docker/#migration-from-a-previous-version-of-the-docker-container-to-5-1-or-later ``` ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel?
