[Feat] Export/show data source configuration as YAML

Related to #11363 To make the data source provisioning experience better/easier it's suggested to introduce possibility to export/show a data source configuration formatted as YAML. This could be an export button or a show YAML button on the edit data source page. By doing this we think that we can minimize the amount of documentation needed of specific configuration parameters and hopefully a lot of questions about how to provision X or Y data source using what configuration.
