mysql data source suddenly failing to connect.

### What happened? I have a mysql data source that has been happily working for number of months. Several days ago it began to fail and upon investigation it seems it is now forcing TLS to the database that is not configured to use TLS. No configuration has changed on our end, however, there may have been updates from ubuntu packgase. When I test the connection now I get the error TLS requested but server does not support TLS and yet none of the 'TLS' items in the data source config are enabled. We are now running v11.15.1 by the looks of things. ### What did you expect to happen? The connection works as it has been. ### Did this work before? Yes it did, not sure up to what version though. ### How do we reproduce it? 1. Test the existing mysql data source. 2. 3. ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? _No response_ ### Environment (with versions)?
