Dashboards: Panels fail to load after upgrading from 11.6.1 to 11.6.2

### What happened? Hi! After upgrading from Grafana 11.6.1 to 11.6.2, we are seeing that dashboards with an Annotation query set have panels failing to load. Looking at the browser console, we see the following error: ``` [Error] TypeError: re.annotationQuery is not a function. (In 're.annotationQuery({range:ue,rangeRaw:ue.raw,annotation:oe,dashboard:de})', 're.annotationQuery' is undefined) (anonymous function) (4499.13b7a1ee697383555053.js:107:1657) ``` We saw no notes in the changelog indicating updates here. If there are any actions we need to take, please let us know. For now we are downgrading to Grafana 11.6.1. Also please let me know if there's any other helpful info we can provide! Only major thing I can think to mention is that we have the following feature toggle set because we encountered #104172 when we first upgraded to Grafana 11.6: ``` [feature_toggles] dashboardScene = false ``` ### What did you expect to happen? We expected the dashboards with annotation queries to load normally as they do in 11.6.1. ### Did this work before? Yes, confirmed no issues in Grafana 11.6.1. ### How do we reproduce it? 1. Open a dashboard with no annotations in Grafana 11.6.2 2. Add an annotation query 3. Reload the dashboard and toggle the annotation query. Error message appears in the console. ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? No ### Environment (with versions)? Grafana: 11.6.2 OS: macOS 15.5 Browser: Safari and Crome ### Grafana platform?
